Core Curricular Innovation Fellowships Deadline is March 22
03/03/2022
Dear SLU faculty,
SLU's University Core is now accepting applications for the second year of our competitive Core Curricular Innovation Fellowship program.
CCI fellows lead the way in demonstrating how the Core encourages innovative content and/or pedagogical strategies that provide a range of dynamic learning opportunities for our undergraduate students. You can view roundtable discussions with last year’s group of 2021-22 CCI fellows here.
Eligibility
All full-time SLU faculty members in St. Louis and Madrid who have not yet held a CCI fellowship are eligible to apply. The goal of this annual program is to encourage a diverse mix of innovative teaching across colleges, schools, disciplines and campuses. For 2022-23, the Core will fund up to 20 CCI fellows, each receiving $2500 in summer faculty development funds. Faculty may propose either new or substantially revised ideas for courses / experiences. We invite proposals for the Core component areas identified below as high priority for building curricular capacity.
