Email Outage Planned for Friday

SLU ITS and partners are working on an update to the Office 365 system that will make the @health.slu.edu and @slu.edu email more secure.
Users who remain logged into their email prior to the maintenance window, should not
experience an interruption in service.
Users who attempt a new email login after 9 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2022, may not
have access until after the maintenance is complete at 2 a.m. on Saturday, March 26,
2022.
New email logins may not be available for any @health.slu.edu or @slu.edu email users on any device during this outage.
Here are a few key points to be aware of for this change:
- After the maintenance period is complete, some users may need to re-authenticate through Okta to access email on devices. Instructions can be found here.
- Existing and new emails received will not be lost during the scheduled downtime and will appear in your inbox upon login.
