Outside Interest Disclosure Email Request Coming This Week

This week, approximately 3,000 faculty and staff will receive an email request from a generic SLU account, InfoEdHelp@slu.edu, inviting faculty and staff to fill out your 2022 Outside Interest Disclosure (OID).

While the email address may be unfamiliar, the content will come from Kenneth Olliff, Vice President of Research and Partnerships; Jessica Evenson, Vice President for University Compliance and Ethics; and Christine Jacobs, Ph.D., Vice President for Medical Affairs. The email contains important information about the annual Outside Interest Disclosure process and its platform, InfoEd.

The 2022 disclosure submission period will run from March 21 to April 22, 2022. Even if faculty and staff have submitted an Outside Interest Disclosure recently, they will need to re-submit during this period in order to complete the 2022 version of the form.

The disclosure period has been moved earlier in calendar year in 2022 to align with when people receive tax forms. The goal is to makes it easier to fill out your OID.
