Women's Commission Presents Elevate Women Week

Saint Louis University's Women's Commission and Women Empowered are hosting a week-long celebration of Women's History Month Monday, March 21 through Friday, March 25.

Monday, March 21

- Acapella Performance by Beyond all Reason
- 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Career Services
- 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Tegeler Auditorium
Tuesday, March 22
- 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the CGC
- 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the CGC
- Noon to 1 p.m. in the Business School Auditorium
- Registration is required
- 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Pere Marquette
Wednesday, March 23
- 9 a.m. to noon at Rung for Women
- Noon to 1 p.m. on Zoom
Thursday, March 24
- 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Wool Ballroom
- 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Sinquefield
- Registration is required
- 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Sinquefield

Friday, March 25
- 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Busch Student Center
There will also be community art projects in the BSC all week.
All week long the Women’s Commission will be accepting donations for Women's Commission Sister Shirley Kolmer Memorial Grant Crowd Funding Campaign. Donations can be made online.
This fund was established in 1994 by an anonymous donor to continue and enhance the work of the Women's Commission The funds would be used to fund our two grants listed below. The grants are awarded annually.
The Individual Leadership Development Grant offers funding to the Saint Louis University community in an effort to support the pursuit of leadership development and career advancement opportunities
The Community Impact for the Advancement of Women Grant focuses on projects that exhibit
a strong commitment to serving groups of women within the community, particularly
projects that demonstrate a high level of stakeholder impact. Examples of benefits
of such projects include:
• Advancing educational or career opportunities for women
• Helping women overcome challenges, barriers, or inequity
• Providing resources that will improve the quality of life
