SLU Community Invited to Attend Listening Sessions for Next Five-Year Research Growth Plan

This Fall, SLU is rolling out its next university-wide five-year research growth plan for achieving our vision of becoming a preeminent Jesuit research university in St. Louis.
The Office of the Vice President for Research will be hosting a series of listening sessions in November to discuss the draft five-year plan, answer questions, and solicit feedback and input.
The dates for each listening session are below. Each session will have a theme for a broad area of research.
- Thursday, Nov. 10, from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the Doisy Research Center, 9th floor (Theme: Medicine)
- Thursday, Nov. 10, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m in the Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Building, Room 211 (Theme: Science and Engineering)
- Monday, Nov. 14, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Morrissey Hall, Room 200 (Theme: Scholarship)
- Tuesday, Nov. 15, from 3:30 p.m to 5 p.m. in the School of Nursing Lecture Hall (Theme: Health Sciences)
No RSVP is required. More details, including the slides which will be presented at each listening session, will be shared by the Office of the Vice President for Research in advance of the sessions.
