Atlas Week 2023 Kicks Off April 16

Saint Louis University's Atlas Week brings together members of the University community to focus on the global challenges confronting the world in the 21st century. Atlas Week 2023 is April 16-22, and the theme is Chasing the Echos of Freedom in the 21st Century.
The Atlas Program encourages all SLU community members to participate in Atlas Week by attending the various events organized by members of the SLU community. The full Atlas Week calendar can be found online or within the Atlas Passport booklet which can be picked up in the Busch Student Center at the Atlas table throughout Atlas Week.
Atlas Week 2023 begins with the Atlas Kick-Off Ceremony on Sunday, April 16, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Center for Global Citizenship. The event will be an evening of cultural food, games, performances, and prizes.
Roya Hakakian, an Iranian-American journalist and writer, will be the 2023 Atlas Week Signature Symposium Speaker. Hakakian will be speaking on Thursday, April 20, at 5:30 p.m. in the Center for Global Citizenship. Register for the Signature Symposium by filling out the Google form.
Wrap up the week with highlight events such as the Atlas Parade of Nations on Friday, April 21, and the Billiken World Festival on Saturday, April 22nd from 12 pm-3 pm on the Quad.
