St. Louis-Madrid Undergraduate Art History Symposium Is April 14

The 2023 St. Louis-Madrid Undergraduate Art History Symposium will be Friday, April 14. The event will begin at 9 a.m. St. Louis time and 3 p.m. Madrid time.
This annual event is a collaboration between SLU's St. Louis and Madrid campuses where Art History students from both campuses present their papers live. The papers are each approximately 15 minutes in length.
Presenting in this year's symposium:

- Janeia Feliciano, "Vanity and Viscera: The Anatomical Venuses of the Fontana Workshop"
- Claire Fontaina, recipient of the Maurice B. McNamee, S.J. Award for the Outstanding Senior in Art History, "Ilaw ng Tahanan: The Transformation of Philippine Art through Female Icons"
- Kellin Jeffries, "Woman King: Reflections on the Representational Inversion Imposed in Kehinde Wiley's Charles I"
