Pei Wei Asian Express, Spice Market Now Open at SLU

DineSLU will have some changes coming to the SLU campus dining this fall.

Pei Wei Asian Express will replace Mein Bowl in the Busch Student Center Marketplace. Additionally, Spice Market, a student-run concept, will be open in Fusz Hall.

Pei Wei is a nationally recognized brand known for its fresh ingredients and allergen-friendly and plant-based options. 

In Billiken’s Grill at Fusz Hall, Spice Market, a student-run concept, will replace Garbanzo. Spice Market started as a pop-up event in Grand Dining Hall last semester. The popularity of this event grew week by week and DineSLU decided to give Spice Market a permanent home in Billiken's Lair. Shreya Akula, a 2023 SLU graduate, has worked to develop the menu.
