Saint Louis University’s Center for Vaccine Development Seeking Adult Volunteers for Mpox Vaccine Research Study
03/30/2023
Saint Louis University’s Center for Vaccine Development is conducting a research study to learn more about a mpox vaccine.
Purpose
The purpose of this research is to test different doses and routes of the MVA-BN Jynneos vaccine. Vaccines tell your germ-fighting cells to make antibodies and other substances to fight infections. All the study vaccines are intended to train the immune system so that if the person is then infected with the mpox virus, they have a “head start” and the infection can be stopped or made less severe
