Next Mass and Speaker Series Event Is Friday

On Friday, March 10, the Office of Mission and Identity will host the Spring 2023 Friday Mass and Speaker Series. Carol Ackels, J.D., will present on the Apostolic Preference, “Showing the way to God through the Spiritual Exercises and their practice of discernment.” 

Ackels is the Director of the Ignatian Spirituality Institute in Dallas. She is a spiritual director in the Ignatian tradition, and a retreat director of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius in various retreat formats including weekend, the Exercises in everyday life, and one-to-one.  Each year she directs retreats throughout the United States including at the White House Retreat Center in St. Louis.

The event will take place in Boileau Hall — Catholic Studies Center. Street parking is available in front of the building.
