Nature Walk Hosted by University Counseling Center Is December 1

The University Counseling Center is hosting a one-time event that will guide participants through an opportunity to reconnect with nature on Friday, Dec. 1, at 8:30 a.m. 

The event will be at local Tower Grove Park. Participants will meet at the park.

Participants can expect to learn new ways of interacting with nature during this walk, strategies for reconnecting with nature in their everyday lives, and tools for creating your plan to engage nature more.
