Saint Louis University Libraries Survey Now Open for Feedback

10/05/2023

Dear Saint Louis University community,

As announced in the September 18 edition of Newslink, the University Libraries are seeking your feedback to help leaders understand the SLU community's perceptions and expectations of library space, collections, and services at all SLU libraries.

Since 2000, more than 1,340 libraries in 35 countries have participated in the LibQual+ survey, and this year, the Pius, Medical Center, Law, and Madrid libraries are among those participating. The survey will take about 5-7 minutes to complete.

This survey is being distributed to the entire SLU community, so you may see multiple references to it. You only need to complete the survey once. All of the libraries are included in the survey, so please choose your answers to reflect the library you use the most.

Please be assured that your answers are anonymous. No identifying links between responses and the individual responding will be retained, and only aggregated data will be reported. If you have any issues accessing the survey or have questions, feel free to look at the FAQ, use the email link at the end of the survey, or email us at libqual@slu.edu.

Each completed survey adds $1 to our donation to the St. Louis Area Foodbank, up to a total of $2,500. We appreciate your help in reaching our incentive goal.

All community members have until Friday, Oct. 27, to complete the survey, but we urge you to do it as soon as you can.

Thank you for contributing your feedback!
