2024 Senior Farewell Events Planned

It’s time to celebrate the Class of 2024. Saint Louis University’s Senior Farewell, sponsored by the Office of Alumni Engagement and the Student Involvement Center, kicks off on April 30.

In addition to events held in previous years, this year will add new traditions planned by student representatives from the senior class.  

Events are open to all SLU seniors, but some have a registration fee or limited capacity. Unless otherwise stated, guests are not permitted.

2024 Senior Farewell Events

Senior Prom: One Last Disco

• Tue., April 30, 7-10 p.m. - Miss out on prom in high school? Join your fellow seniors for an evening full of dancing, music, snacks and a cash bar in the DuBourg Hall Sinquefield Stateroom.

Senior Night at the Ballpark

• Mon., May 6, 4:15 p.m. - Celebrate STL at this senior-only pregame at The Wheelhouse! Food, drinks and game tickets will be provided. (Transportation not provided.) The Cardinals will play the New York Mets at 6:45 p.m.

Graduation Cap Decoration

• Fri., May 10, 3-5 p.m. - Come by the Center for Global Citizenship (CGC) to spruce up your graduation fashion! Supplies will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you'd like.

Fountain Fest

• Mon., May 13, 6-7:30 p.m. - Join your fellow soon-to-be graduates as the Class of 2024 runs through the Lipic Clock Tower Plaza fountains! Snow cones from Kona Ice will be provided.

Senior Sunset at Bannister Alumni House

• Tue., May 14, 7-9 p.m. - This picnic is the ultimate way to spend your last day of finals. Watch the sun set on your time at SLU. Music and food provided. Plus, check out the Class of 2024 Time Capsule.

Class of 2024 Bill Grill Bash

• Wed., May 15, 4-6 p.m. - Take part in a happy hour at Bill Grill, where a cash bar and light snacks will be set up. As the final event of Senior Farewell before commencement activities begin, this event is open to family and friends of the Class of 2024.
