Fresh Gatherings Is Open for Spring Semester

Fresh Gatherings is open for the spring semester at its Allied Health Building and Education Union locations.

The Allied Health Building location is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., while the Education Union location is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Meal swipes are available for any purchase up to $7 at both locations from 10 a.m. a.m. to 2 p.m. The remaining balance can be paid with flex, card, or cash.

Allied Health Building

Hot breakfast is available starting at 7:30 am until it is sold out. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday breakfast burritos are served with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available. Tuesday and Friday breakfast sandwiches are served with vegetarian and gluten-free options available.

Daily lunch specials are served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., or until items are sold out.

There is also a full-service espresso bar (serving both coffee and non-coffee drinks) and a variety of grab ‘n’ go salads, snacks, bowls and beverages available.

Education Union

The Education Union location is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. serving made-to-order smoothies and cold and toasted sandwiches. There are also a variety of non-coffee beverages and grab ‘n’ go options available.
