Instructor/Staff Learning Opportunity Begins February 13

The Center for Accessibility and Disability Resources (CADR) and the Reinert Center for Transformative Teaching and Learning will offer instructors and staff another spring course on Universal Design and the ADA.
This course provides an opportunity to learn about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), including examining how the ADA directly impacts course material, structure, and the implementation of academic accommodations. The course also dives into learning about Universal Design and exploring how to implement Universal Design in course design and instruction.
This is an asynchronous course that opens on Tuesday, Feb. 13, and closed on Tuesday, Feb. 27.
Interested individuals can register with this Google form. When registering, individuals should ensure that they are using their SLU login credentials.
