SpectrumU Streaming Maintenance Scheduled for Thursday

Spectrum be upgrading its streaming service that supports the Saint Louis University campus.

During the upgrade, there will be a Spectrum TV streaming outage on Thursday, Nov. 21, from 9 a.m. to noon. The streaming service will not be functional during this upgrade.

There will not be any intermittent outages to any TVs on campus that have a direct coax cable connection. 

After the upgrade users can stream Spectrum on the SLU campus using the Charter Spectrum U app, but now they will be asked to enter the "slu.edu" domain first. Then they will be directed to the SLU website to enter their SLU username and password that they normally use to sign-on to university services. 

Users can download the app on their Apple IOS device using the Apple Spectrum App or on an Android device using the Google play. 

Also streaming Spectrum can be used in a browser. The old streaming link will no longer be functional after Thursday's upgrade.

Steps to Log-In

1: Domain: Enter “slu.edu”  domains in the domain search box. Then click submit.

2.    Login: Users will be redirected to the SLU login page where they will need to enter the username and password that they normally use to sign-on to university services.
