Applications Open for 2025-26 Chaifetz Fellows

The Chaifetz Entrepreneurship Fellows Program in the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University is accepting applications for new fellows for the 2025-26 academic year.
The Chaifetz Fellowships support entrepreneurship education at Saint Louis University, in classes, programs and co-curricular activities.
First-time Fellows are eligible for up to $2,500 for the school year to develop and implement projects which advance and strengthen SLU’s efforts to grow entrepreneurship education across campus. The fellowships are open to all full-time SLU faculty members in St. Louis and Madrid.
Examples of previously funded applications include the following:
- Developing new academic programs, majors, minors or degrees
- Creating new courses that embody significant material on entrepreneurship
- Creating modules on entrepreneurship (i.e. self-employment, social entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship) related topics to include in existing courses at undergraduate or graduate levels.
- Creating new experiential or co-curricular activities that embody and promote entrepreneurial thought and action among students, including programs providing quality time with business owners, mentorships, internships, incubation/acceleration efforts, entrepreneur alumni engagement, entrepreneurs-in-residence, opportunities to practice applied skills, clubs, outreach to St. Louis' entrepreneurial ecosystem (e.g. T-Rex, CIC, etc.).
Prior or current Coleman or Chaifetz Fellows are also invited to submit for Veteran Fellow Status for the upcoming school year. Veteran Fellows are eligible for up to $1,000 for the year to refine, extend, or continue their work related to entrepreneurship education.
The Deadline to apply is Friday, May 30.
The Office of the Dean of the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business supports the Chaifetz Fellows program. The program was initiated as the Coleman Fellows with funding from the Coleman Foundation of Chicago. The Chaifetz Center for Entrepreneurship manages the Chaifetz Fellows program.
