Fraternity and Sorority Life Celebrate Unity Week

Earlier this month, SLU's Fraternity and Sorority Life celebrated Unity Week, a program to promote connection through volunteerism, philanthropy, and good-spirited competition.

Notable events included a trivia night, dodgeball tournament, and blood drive.  

In total the community donated 2,340 cans to Billiken Bounty, assembled 38 blankets for the Labre Center, donated 43 units of blood to the Red Cross, collected 483 stem cell swabs for DMKS, and raised $2,166.45 for Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition.

The Fraternity & Sorority experience and Unity Week program is a lived expression of faith in action and gives students the opportunity to align with the Jesuit tradition by promoting community, service, and development of the whole person.
