Nominations Open for College of Arts and Sciences DEI Champion Awards

Nominations are open for the College of Arts and Sciences Graduate Student DEI Champion Award and the College of Arts and Sciences Undergraduate DEI Champion Award. 

The Graduate Student DEI Champion Award is given to recognize a graduate student in the college who has made significant contributions outside of their academic coursework to advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in areas including (but not limited to) race and ethnicity, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, language, culture, national origins, religious commitments, age, disability status, political perspectives within the university and/or in the broader community in categories including (but not limited to) advocacy, activism, community engagement, and/or research. 

The Undergraduate DEI Champion Award is given to recognize a graduating senior in the College who has made significant contributions to advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in areas including (but not limited to) race and ethnicity, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, language, culture, national origins, religious commitments, age, disability status, political perspectives within the university and/or in the broader community in categories including (but not limited to) advocacy, activism, community engagement, and/or research.
