Person-Centered Mental Health Care

Caroline Kebbe, a graduate of the Master of Social Work program, told the story of a powerful encounter she had with a 40-year-old, pregnant, intravenous drug user who sought help at the clinic where she works.

Men and Women 'For and With' Others

Souyma Ramireddy, B.S. in public health graduate, spoke about the Jesuit motto of "for and with others" and how she saw it throughout her education at Saint Louis University.

One College, Grounded in Social Justice

At this year's Precommencement ceremony, we heard from our student speakers, invited guests and faculty: social justice is the core of our identity and the fuel for our work.

"You can find this at no other institution in the country. So, if you really see the importance of community and social justice, this is the place to be," said Dr. James Kimmey, founding dean of the School of Public Health, in a video featuring students, alumni and administrators.
