The Office of Real Estate negotiates and manages all University leases and real estate and ensures campus growth balances University and community interests while following the University's Master Plan.
Acquisitions & Dispositions
The Real Estate Department is the point of contact for all acquisitions and dispositions of university real estate. The Department will exercise due diligence when making strategic acquisitions and dispositions of property in the university’s interest.

Leasing
The Real Estate Department assists all University departments in securing leases to meet their needs in addition to managing commercial tenants in properties owned by the University.
